I am posting this in response to worried Queries.
However let me add that as a courtesy... always credit an artist if you know who it is.
Confirms: Copyright ruling that you all need to know in the USA it's all good
Hi Owners and Moderators....
They have been called and they verified that which is written below. How about that!
That copyright office here in the USA said they have been flooded with calls over this, so much so that about 5 years ago this ruling was re-instated concerning stationery groups and people that make stationery.
As long as you are not making money from it, you can not be sued (for what you didn't make off their product/art)
I know we have hard core copyright fans and pretend police fans out there. Guess it is worth your time to know the law and ruling. Give them a call. Don't take my word on it. They will be happy to verify this.
Last word, let your conscience be your own guide for you personally. How you run your own groups is up to you, but you should know what is real and what is not.
Ask your questions to them at 202-707-3000 or 202-707-5959

Hello All,
Well I spent the better half of this morning getting in touch with an Information Specialist at the Department of Copy Rites in Washington,DC. After explaining everything to them about the force tactic's these artist's are using to force us into purchasing their copy rites & tubes, I was told flat out that they have a right to do this, because it's their art work. We don't have to buy it, but they can put it out there for sale. I also explained our intention's for use of the material's we snag & collect, and that it is for entertainment purposes only. They asked for specific detail's as to what we did with our creation's, and I confirmed that no monies are being made through the PSP groups. That most all member's are simply folks pretty much stuck at home, disabled, elderly, and those just taking on a hobby for a means of relaxation, ect....After explaining that I was told that we have the right to do as we please. It's called the "Fair Use Act". That indeed if ever dragged into court by any of them, they would indeed be wasting their time, as they would only be entitled to a percentage of any monetary gain, and if there is none, they can't get none. So....you can tell *************exactly where to stick it & use one of their tubes to do it, and anyone else who want's to run up on you like 007 thinking they can bully you. If anyone would like to confirm this...they can call 202-707-3000 or 202-707-5959. Also, feel free to pass this on to any other group's who might have concern over all this mess.
